Very rich, dry, heavy bodied, full flavored and dark.  Wonderful with heavily seasoned and rich foods.  Very popular among experienced wine drinkers.  Drinks well alone also.

A blush style of the chambourcin grape.  Very light, dry, refreshing, fruity and tart.  Excites the taste buds and goes down easy.  Great transitional wine that works very well with food, either for drinking or cooking.

Rosie Ryan  (semi-sweet)  $14.00
A 50/50 blend of Chambourcin and Cabernet Franc.  Lightly sweetened to soften the affect on the palate.  Excellent pleasure or food wine.  Pears well with deserts or main course dishes.

Merlot  ($14.00)    Soft red wine with smooth finish.  Very light in oak and tannins, not your usual heavily oaked with peppery finish. Very nice with red meat, tomato based dishes and just pleasure drinking.  Bottled both dry and semi-sweet.

fruit Wine

Apple  $14.00
A dry, mildly oaked, soft and smooth fruit wine.  Pares well with all main course dishes.  A perfect match for pizza as well. Soft hints of apple and oak.  You will have to try it to understand its complexity.  Not what you would expect from a fruit wine.

Approaching a desert wine, this drink is smooth, sweet and fruity.  Favored among new to occasional wine interests.  Good with light to sweeter dishes.

Black Sweet Cherry $16.00  Very bold sweet taste of black cherries.  Wonderful dessert wine which is a pleasure to enjoy anytime, with or without a meal.  Great with cakes, ice cream or other sweets.

Blueberry  $16.00   Very light sweet taste.  Great dessert wine that is great and refreshing.  Good with sweet dishes, after meals or alone as the temptation overtakes you.
